Saw Blade Clock

I had an old and rusted circular saw blade lying around, so I turned it into a clock!
The movement was only £2 from eBay, plus one large washer in the middle to hold it together.

That is excellent and deadly.

I like the juxtaposition of the festive day-glo green hands with the rusted sawblade.

Heheh thanks! Yes, it needs to be firmly affixed to the wall, and preferably not too high up ;)

The choice of hands came down to either these or overly ornate wrought ones, which I felt would be too far out of place and wouldn't show up against the blade.

p.s. I hope you noted the typical zebra habitat: dangerous chunks of scrap metal, salvaged computer parts, cobbled-together electronics, and stripey artwork!

Hahaha, no, I didn't, I was too focussed on your handiwork. The background items just make it extra-awesome.
